Regal Gaming has been and continues to be passionate about machine operating since 1998. We are the leading UK supplier of amusement equipment to the leisure sector and operate about 15,000 machines from 9 regional depots. Our team consists of circa 360 employees, of which about 80% are based in the field with our customers.

1998 – Sceptre Leisure was founded in Bamber Bridge, Preston, where it is still based.
2007 – Acquisition of Crown Leisure.
2007 – Sceptre Leisure was renamed to Regal Gaming and Leisure.
2010 – Implementation of our industry leading collections, – service and asset management tool CashMaster.
2013– Strategic partnership with the German Gauselmann Group to bring industry leading digital gaming machines to the UK Leisure sector.
2015 – Regal Gaming was acquired by the Gauselmann Group, which is based in Espelkamp, Germany.
2015 – Milestone of positioning 1,000 Gauselmann digital gaming machines, operated by Regal in the UK leisure sector, was achieved.
2018 – £1 Million investment in connecting our digital gaming machines in real-time via the Gauselmann data capture system MARS (Machine Analysis Reporting System).
2019 – Milestone of bringing more than 5,000 Gauselmann digital gaming machines online, was achieved.
2020 – Regal Gaming now offers its pool tables with contactless payment.
Today – Regal Gaming is still based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. We are the leading UK supplier of amusement equipment to the leisure sector and operate about 15,000 total machines from 9 regional depots and have more than 6,000 digital gaming machines connected. Our team consists of circa 360 employees, of which about 80% are based in the field with our customers.
2021 – Strategic partnership with YOTI, to offer a proven and reliable age verification solution on our digital gaming machines.
2021 – Introduction of the Regal Gaming SOLAR customer application, an in-house development by Regal. Each site and its machines are individually set up and managed in real time in the SOLAR customer application on site.
2021 – Strategic partnership with OKTO, to facilitate contactless payments to our digital gaming machines.
